Hi! I’m Nicole.
From as early as I can remember, I was a baby person. Growing up in a tight-knit family full of cousins, I always gravitated toward the youngest ones. As one of the oldest kids, I often had a baby in my arms, proudly helping however I could. Even at six years old, I was carrying around my baby twin cousins, thrilled to take care of them.
When I was 13, my mom gave me the surprise of a lifetime when she told me she was pregnant (*thrilled, delighted, and amazed*). I asked her if I could be in the room when she had my baby sister. She happily agreed and welcomed me into the experience. Witnessing the wonder of birth for the first time left a lasting impression, sparking a deep connection to this transformative event.
In 2020, I became a mother myself when I had my daughter, Caroline. Having a doula during my pregnancy and birth was one of the most grounding and beautiful experiences of my life. The consistency of care my doula provided made all the difference, and the photos and video she captured are treasures I’ll cherish forever. Becoming a mom was the most transformative experience of my life, and it deepened my passion for supporting families in their own journeys.
This is the heartbeat of my work as a doula—offering care, compassion, and support that helps families feel empowered and connected during this life-changing time.
